8-Ton Three-Pass Gas-Fired Steam Boiler in Pakistan Textile Mill

I. Project Background:

Founded in 1989, Chottani Industries has grown to become one of the best-known apparel providers in Pakistan. The company mainly engaged in various types of jeans apparel manufacturing and sales.

In the production of denim, steam is used in many processes, such as singeing, sizing, dyeing, drying, shaping, etc. This time, ZOZEN Boiler overcame the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to provide a set of gas-fired steam boiler for customer's textile mill.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN gas-fired steam boiler adopts three-pass wet-back structure, the combustion chamber adopts large-diameter corrugated furnace, which enlarges the combustion space to ensure the full combustion of the fuel, in order to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The thermal efficiency of WNS series boiler can reach 98%.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the installation team of the boiler burner could not arrive on site. ZOZEN technical team called a meeting with the customer, burner supplier and agent, to jointly solve the problem of burner installation and debugging via online service.
