Case introduction

I. Project Background:

KST is a wholly-owned enterprise invested by Kurz Group of Germany in China, mainly engaged in the development of hot stamping foil, hot stamping tools, hot stamping application machines and ancillary products, etc. The products are mainly used in the fields of packaging industry, automobiles and communication equipment.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provides a set of YY(Q)W gas-fired thermal oil heater system for KST, which provides necessary heat sources for the drying, winding, distillation, injection molding and other processes.

ZOZEN YY(Q)W series thermal oil heater adopts 3-trips round coil tube structure. The coil tube end adopts beam port to effectively protect the furnace all at boiler end, which prolongs the service life of the boiler and improves the safety.

ZOZEN YY(Q)W series thermal oil heater applies the advanced low-nitrogen burner with 30mg/Nm³ emission, which is far below the local emission limit of 50mg/m³.
