Chemical Industry 15-Ton and 30-Ton Gas-fired Steam Boilers Project

I. Project Background:

Glycerol is an important light industrial raw material, which is widely used in various industrial fields. The customer company is an enterprise specializing in the production of industrial glycerin. In order to meet the market demand, the company invested in the construction of 200,000 tons of industrial refined glycerin project.

Refined glycerin mainly goes through distillation, decolorization, deodorization and other technological processes, in which a large amount of steam is needed to purify glycerin. According to the production demand, the customer company ordered two sets of gas-fired steam boilers of different capacities from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

Both sets of the boilers are SZS series, one is 15 tons/hr, another is 30 tons/hr. ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler adopts the double drums D type structure. The combustion chamber is designed with full membrane wall with good air tightness, it improves the heat transfer.

At the same time, the reasonable steam drum size and water-steam separator improve the steam quality significantly. ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired condensing steam boilers provide stable steam for the customer.
