I. Project Background:

Jiangxi Huiying Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017. The company is mainly engaged in the disposal and comprehensive utilization of industrial wastes, recycling of renewable resources and other environmental protection products.

On the basis of the original production, the company rebuilt and expanded the production scale and the industrial chain, and ordered two sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired steam boiler is the horizontal internal combustion fire tube boiler. The boiler capacity ranges from 1 ton to 20 tons, this kind of boiler is suitable for most of middle and small-sized enterprises.

The advanced low-NOx burner is adopted in this boiler, with the corrugated furnace and the threaded smoke tube, the radiation heating area is enlarged and the generation of NOx is inhibited. The thermal efficiency of the boiler reaches over 98% and the NOx emission is below 30mg/Nm³.
