I. Project Background:

A large amount of steam is needed in the production of isooctane process, so Pantai Energy ordered a set of SZS series gas-fired steam boiler system from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

The boiler capacity of SZS series ranges from 20 tons to 110 tons, and the boiler adopts double drums chamber combustion D-type structure. SZS series is a kind of automatic water tube boiler. The boiler is designed with the membrane water cooling water to ensure the good air tightness, it raises the combustion efficiency and improves the thermal efficiency up to 98%.

The intelligent automatic control system with simple interface only needs to set the relevant parameters, then the boiler can adjust the temperature, pressure and water level automatically.
