35 MW Hot Water Boiler for Clean Energy Central Heating Project

I. Customer Demand:

It is an important strategic deployment put forward by the central government to promote clean heating in winter in northern China. Recently, a clean energy central heating project with a total investment of 20 million dollars has been built in Hebei province, China. The project rectifies the old equipment and plans to use 2 sets of gas-fired hot water boilers to provide central heating for local residents. The requirements of the boilers are as follows:

1. Stable heating capacity. The safety and stability of long-term operation of the boiler and the heating performance of the boiler are the key points.

2. Excellent energy saving and environmental protection performance. The project conforms to the national environmental protection policy, uses clean energy natural gas as fuel, and it also puts forward clear requirements for flue gas emission of the boiler. In addition, it is required that the boiler efficiency should effectively lower the thermal production cost.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler has designed two sets of SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers for the project to meet the heating demand. This series of boilers has the following characteristics:

1. The boiler adopts full-membrane water-cooled wall structure, which has the advantages of good airtightness. With the design of large furnace, it can ensure sufficient combustion of the fuel, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach more than 95%, thus saving fuel cost.

2. The boiler is equipped with explosion door and flame detector, with automatic operation system, which can realize the automatic operation of the boiler and control the temperature, pressure and water level.

3. In addition, the wide applicability of the boiler fuel ensures a variety of clean energy to use, such as natural gas, biogas, etc. At the same time, the imported low-nitrogen burner is selected to effectively inhibit the generation of NOx, which meets the demands of environmental protection.
