29MW SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler project for the heating industry

Tianjin Binhai New District Heating Group Co., Ltd is a medium-sized enterprise solely funded by the state which specializes in heating production, service and installation. The group has 5 subsidiaries and 6 heating stations including the Xincheng Heating Station. At present, Xincheng Heating Station provides hot water supply, installation and maintenance of plumbing system and other services for many residential buildings and supporting public buildings. In recent years, the state has paid increasing attention to environmental protection and launched the "coal to gas" policy. To actively respond to the policy and reduce the pollution of heating supply, Xincheng Heating Station upgraded the boiler equipment timely by introducing 2 sets of ZOZEN's SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler. This kind of boiler is featured with safety, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, which provides solid guarantee for the central heating of residents.

ZOZEN's SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler adopts D-type structure and full membrane water-cooled walls which completely separate the furnace and convention tube bundles to ensure the sufficient radiation heating surface and improve boiler's thermal efficiency. The furnace adopts large-volume design and is equipped with Europe-imported low nitrogen burner, which can ensure fuel's complete combustion, reduce the generation and emission of NOx, so as to meet the requirement of reducing the environmental pollution. In addition, ZOZEN's boiler is installed with automatic intelligent control system and safety protection device such as explosion-proof door and flame detector to ensure boiler's safe and stable operation for a long time.
