1.5-ton Condensing Gas-fired Energy-saving Steam Boiler Project

I. Customer Demand:

The client is a small and medium-sized garment textile plant. Steam boiler, as a key equipment of textile production line, is widely used in textile, sizing, printing and dyeing, weaving and other links. The customer puts forward several requirements:

1. Reduce the operation cost of the boiler. As the price of raw material and labor cost are continuously rising, there's a growing demand for reducing the boiler operation cost. It is one of the keys to help enterprises improve efficiency and achieve sustainable development.

2. Energy-saving and environmental protection. Under the background of low-carbon and environmentally-friendly, the low nitrogen emission and thermal efficiency of boilers have become the basis for judging the quality of boilers.

3. Enterprise qualification. There are many factors that affect the choice of customers, such as the boiler materials, the processing, the advanced technology and patents, and the certification of relevant national authorities.

II. Solutions:

Based on the customer's requirements, ZOZEN Boiler customized a set of 1.5 tons WNS series gas-fired steam boiler according to the customer's industry and the plant size.

1. The boiler has a wide range of fuel applicability, natural gas, biogas and other green energy can be used as fuel, in line with the requirements of the sustainable development. ZOZEN Boiler is equipped with advanced low-nitrogen burner for customers to ensure that the emission of nitrogen oxides is lower than the standard of 30mg /Nm³.

2. At the technical level, the WNS series steam boiler adopts a corrugated furnace and a large-volume combustion chamber to ensure the sufficient fuel burning, which saves fuel and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with threaded smoke tube, and the heat transfer coefficient is 1.2 times higher than the common ones. What's more, the boiler is able to set up the economizer and condenser to improve the thermal efficiency up to 98%, which helps the customer achieve the goal of energy conservation and reducing the operation cost.
