PET Bottle Production with Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Shaanxi Zhongfu Beverage Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, which is wholly invested and controlled by Zhuhai Zhongfu Industrial Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Zhongfu is an important production base invested by Zhuhai Zhongfu in northwest China, which mainly produces bottle embryos and PET bottles for drinks and drinking water.

At present, the company has three bottle embryo production lines and three PET bottle production lines. In order to meet the heat demand of the production lines, Shaanxi Zhongfu Company ordered a set of gas steam boiler system from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

According to the customer's production line technology, ZOZEN provided the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler. The boiler structure is optimized to have sufficient steam storage space and heating surface, and can produce high-quality steam more efficiently and stably.

The threaded smoke tube, a high-efficiency heat transfer element independently developed by ZOZEN Boiler, is used to prolong the residence time of high-temperature flue gas and enhance heat transfer. At the same time, with the condenser and economizer, the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler is increased to over 98%.
