Case introduction

I. Project Background:

Customer would like to upgrade the coal-fired steam boiler in the plant, therefore, they introduced 3 sets of ZOZEN SZS series 29MW gas-fired hot water boilers.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler is a kind of packaged boiler, the boiler has completed the installation in the factory, which shortens the on-site installation period, and saves the installation cost for the users.

The advanced condenser is able to condense the moisture in the flue gas while reduce the temperature of the flue gas, this allows the sufficient combustion of the fuel. The thermal efficiency of the boiler is tested to reached over 98%.

Also, users can choose low-NOx burner to inhibit the generation of the NOx, the burner will control the emission under 30mg/m3.
