Malaysia Yeh Brothers 6-Ton Gas-Fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

YEH BROTHERS MALAYSIA SDN BHD, was established in 1975 and moved to Malaysia in 1990. At the early stage, the company engaged in the export of wooden furniture, and with the gradual growth of its business, it set up several branches in Malaysia and Shanghai, and now it has developed into a diversified company integrating furniture products and accessories, wooden materials production and sales.

After market research and multi-party screening, the company finally chose to cooperate with ZOZEN Boiler, which also marked a strategic step for ZOZEN Boiler to go overseas.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provided a set of WNS series two-pass gas-fired steam boiler for the customer. According to the actual demand of the steam, ZOZEN Boiler has designed several kinds of heat-exchange equipment, to recycle the flue gas of the boiler, which realizes the full use of the energy.

In addition, the enterprise qualification of ZOZEN Boiler was recognized by the customer. The local government of Malaysia stipulates that all pressure-bearing equipment manufactured or imported for use in Malaysia must get the DOSH certification. DOSH, short for Department of Occupational Safety and Health in Malaysia, who issues the DOSH certification.Products that have not passed DOSH certification will be refused entry by Royal Malaysian Customs.

ZOZEN Boiler owns a professional international trade team and has rich experience in overseas cooperation. The certification process including materials, design, drawing review to manufacturing and acceptance has been supervised by Lloyd's, and finally DOSH certificate has been issued to successfully complete the project.
