Case introduction

I. Project Background:

The production, drying and curing of concrete need steam. According to the production technology of the customer, ZOZEN Boiler provided the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN WNS series has the two-pass and three-pass types, during this project, the two-pass gas-fired steam boiler was applied. The boiler system can be equipped with the economizer and condenser, to enlarge the heating surface and lower the temperature of exhausted flue gas. This is to guarantee the sufficient combustion of the fuel, in order to improve the thermal efficiency. It is tested that the thermal efficiency of ZOZEN WNS series can be up to 98%.

In addition, the automatic control system is simple and easy for users. According to the user's actual production requirements, the boiler can start and stop as required and automatically adjust various operating parameters.
