Food Industry 15-Ton Biomass-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

The customer company invested to build a 4 thousand tons of food grade chrysanthemum processing project to meet the increasing market demands. During the process, the fresh chrysanthemum shall be processed through several stages of production, which requires a large amount of steam as the heat source. This time, the customer ordered a set of ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is vertical dual drums chain grate water pipe steam boiler, it adopts the quick fitting and assembly structure. The upper assembled component is the boiler heating part, and the down assembled component is the combustion equipment. Boiler installation has been basically completed before leaving the factory. The on-site installation process is simple with low cost, which saves time and installation cost for enterprises.

According to different capacity, different numbers of independent wind bins are set on the grate from front to back. Users can reasonably distribute the air according to different combustion conditions to ensure that the fuel is fully burned.

Different kinds of biomass fuels can be used for the boiler, for example, the biomass pellets, wood chip, corn cob and saw dust. The thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach 88%. Users can choose the fuel according to the actual needs.
