Textile Industry 2-ton Biomass-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Nantong Haiwangxing Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional textile mill for textile warp sizing. Textile warp sizing can improve the the strength of the yarn and decrease the hairiness of yarn, the process will need a large amount of steam. Therefore, a set of ZOZEN DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is put into use.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN DZL series biomass-fired boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler, which takes the biomass particle as the fuel. This type of boiler is designed with unique structure, which can disturb the flue gas to ensure the complete combustion of volatiles.

Also, it adopts the threaded smoke tube, which is an efficient heat transfer element developed by ZOZEN Boiler. It is tested that the actual thermal efficiency of the boiler is over 88%, which is higher than the average value in the industry.
