1 Ton Three-Pass Oil-fired Steam Boiler For Iraq Power Plant Project

I. Project Background:

Al Maymon Company has chosen ZOZEN oil-fired boiler as the start-up boiler of their power plant, which also marks a greater step forward for ZOZEN Boiler to the International market.

II. Solutions:

The boiler for the Al Maymon power plant in Iraq has a capacity of 1 tph, a working pressure of 0.7 MPa and the fuel is diesel. WNS series boilers can not only use liquid fuels such as diesel oil and heavy oil, but also use clean energy sources such as natural gas and biogas and so on. Users can flexibly choose as need.

ZOZEN Boiler solved the problem of connecting the boiler control system to the user DCS control system during this cooperation. WNS series oil-fired and gas-fired steam boilers adopt full-automatic intelligent control system, and the boiler control cabinet is equipped with advanced Internet of Things module, which can realize remote monitoring and communication. The customer requested to add more signal acquisition control points, and the design team and engineers of ZOZEN Boiler actively cooperated to update the control program according to the customer's requirements and upload it remotely.
