1.4 MW Gas-fired Hot Water Boiler For a High-speed Railway Station

In the past, heat supply for the railway station was usually provided by small coal-fired boilers with thermal power of 4.2MW and below. Most of these coal-fired boilers were outdated in equipment and lack of scientific management, which resulted in serious waste of fuel and environmental pollution. Nowadays, most of the newly built high-speed railway stations in China have large and open spaces such as waiting halls and ticket selling halls, and large areas of glass curtain walls or glass roofs. This large area of space puts forward new requirements for station heat energy supply. In addition, with the country's higher requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction in recent years, various places have also launched environmental protection transformation schemes for heating equipment. Therefore, the transformation of heating equipment in stations must be enforced.

According to the requirements of Tuha station, ZOZEN Boiler customized two sets of WNS series condensing gas-fired hot water boilers. The series of boilers adopt a large-volume corrugated furnace combustion chamber, which not only absorbs thermal expansion, but also enhances flue gas disturbance, effectively improves the heat transfer effect. The condenser added to the boiler improves the thermal efficiency to 95% and above. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with an imported low-nitrogen burner, which intelligently adjusts the air-fuel ratio to ensure a good combustion effect. The boiler has remarkable effects of energy-saving and environmental protection, and reduces the overall operation cost of customers.
