Gas-fired Superheated Steam Boiler for Distributed Energy System Project in Non-ferrous Industry

The distributed energy system project built by the customer company provided electric energy and heat energy for the surrounding enterprises through the cogeneration unit of gas-steam combined cycle.

Customer Demand:

1. Before the implementation of the project, the surrounding enterprises were mainly self-built small boilers for decentralized heating, and did not realize centralized heating. Therefore, the project plans to purchase several sets of gas-fired steam boilers to meet the central heating needs of surrounding enterprises.

2. As a distributed energy system project, customers put forward higher environmental protection standards and technical requirements for the gas-fired steam boiler, so as to realize power generation with steam turbine and provide electric power for enterprises.

Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler has customized a technical scheme for the project, including 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers and 1 set of WNS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler, of which two medium-temperature and medium-pressure SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boilers are used to cooperate with steam turbine for power generation.

The overall energy-saving effect of ZOZEN gas-fired superheated steam boiler is remarkable, and the thermal efficiency is up to more than 98%. The design of the large volume of the furnace ensures the sufficient burning, and the steam temperature can be increased to 270 ℃ through the superheater, so as to meet the requirements of power generation and heat supply. Meanwhile, in order to meet the local environmental standard, ZOZEN gas-fired boiler adopts advanced low-NOx combustion technology and imported burner, which can control the emission of nitrogen oxides within 30mg/Nm³ and meet the ultra-low nitrogen emission standard.
