7 MW WNS series energy-saving and eco-friendly gas-fired hot water boiler project for the heating industry

Now, the company is responsible for the most civil heat supply in Shijiazhuang and other heat supply for hundreds of industrial and commercial enterprises and institutions in the metallurgical, chemical, machinery, paper making, cotton spinning, printing and dyeing fields. In order to actively respond to the country’s coal-to-gas policy, Dongfang Thermal Power purchased the energy-saving and eco-friendly WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers for its new heat supply station, so as to take the corporate responsibility of energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection.

This time, according to the actual heating demands of Dongfang Thermal Power, ZOZEN Boiler customized a set of gas-fired boiler system including 2 sets of WNS series hot water boilers and the supporting equipment, whose overall thermal efficiency can reach 95% and above and whose NOx emission concentration can be less than 30mg/Nm³, so the boiler system has an outstanding energy-saving and eco-friendly performance. It is also worth mentioning that the key processing processes of ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired boiler such as steel plate cutting, plate rolling and tube plate drilling all adopt the advanced CNC processing technology, which can effectively reduce the assembly stress to extend the boiler’s service life and save a certain boiler operating and maintenance cost for corporate users.
