14 MW SZL series coal-fired chain grate hot water boiler project

This time, to meet the demands of Yunnan Yaoan Yunxiu high-quality flower base construction project, Yunnan Yongye Environmental Construction Engineering introduced a set of energy-saving and eco-friendly SZL series coal-fired hot water boiler from ZOZEN Boiler. This type of boiler is a kind of pre-assembled chain grate water tube boiler with two drums. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, high thermal efficiency and easy operation, which can effectively help users reduce the operating cost of the boiler and achieve higher economic benefits.

According to the specific project requirements of Yunnan Yongye Environmental Construction Engineering, ZOZEN Boiler recommended the SZL series coal-fired hot water boiler. The boiler’s combustion equipment adopts ZOZEN’s self-produced chain grate, which can promote the sufficient combustion of different coal types, improve the fuel utilization rate of the boiler and save fuel cost. In addition, according to different coal combustion characteristics, ZOZEN  reasonably selected the furnace arch and furnace with reasonable air regulation device to further improve the boiler thermal efficiency above 82%. Finally, ZOZEN also installed devices for dust removal and desulfurization at the boiler end to reduce the emission of harmful gases, so as to make the exhaust gas emission meet the local environmental protection standards.
