Export to Indonesia: 10T Flake Type Grate Steam Boiler for Corrugated Paper Factory

Recently, an SZL series 10-ton coal-fired steam boiler crafted by ZOZEN Boiler has smoothly arrived in Semarang, Indonesia, and is currently in the installation and commissioning phase. This boiler was purchased by a corrugated paper factory to meet the needs of its production line.

The corrugated paper factory originally used a second-hand boiler. However, with the continuous increase in market demand and the expansion of production scale, coupled with the outdated equipment's insufficient output, it could not meet the current production needs. Therefore, the corrugated paper factory decided to introduce a steam boiler with stable output.

Considering the user's fuel characteristics, ZOZEN Boiler selected a flake type grate for this boiler system. Due to the small gaps in the flake type grate, even tiny fuel fragments are not easy to fall through the gaps, ensuring the coal's full combustion, improving combustion efficiency, and avoiding fuel waste.

Moreover, the design of small gaps means more thorough contact between coal and air, making the coal combustion process more uniform, reducing local overheating or unburned phenomena, and further improving combustion efficiency.
