Located in Mauritius, Denim De L'Ile Limited (often referred to as the DDI Textile Factory) prides itself on producing high-quality textile products with a keen emphasis on sustainability and eco-friendliness.

The Challenge:
A few years back, representatives from DDI had the chance to tour ZOZEN Boiler's production facility, which gave them an insightful look into ZOZEN's technical prowess and the superior quality of their offerings. Now, when faced with production challenges, DDI's thoughts immediately turned back to ZOZEN. In the textile realm, a consistent steam supply is pivotal. Yet, their existing steam system was lagging in efficiency and came with escalating maintenance costs. Consequently, DDI was on the lookout for a steam solution that married efficiency, stability, and environmental consciousness.

ZOZEN's Solution:
Understanding DDI's prerequisites, ZOZEN recommended their 10-ton WNS series oil-fired steam boiler, optimized to run on heavy oil. This boiler wasn’t just about high thermal efficiency; its reliable operation made it perfectly aligned with DDI's round-the-clock, intensive production requirements. In Mauritius, geographical and economic dynamics mean that fuel oils, such as heavy oil, often emerge as a judicious energy pick, further validating DDI's choice.

To facilitate swift installation and fine-tuning, ZOZEN produced a comprehensive installation guide video. But they didn't stop there. ZOZEN dispatched a seasoned engineer to oversee on-site debugging for a week, ensuring a hitch-free process from start to finish.
