ZOZEN 18 t/h Gas Steam Boiler Used in Beverage Industry

Andre Juice Co., Ltd., established in 2001 as a joint venture between Yantai Northern Andre Juice Co., Ltd. and BVI Andre, spans a factory area of 168,000 square meters with a constructed area of 52,000 square meters. The company's total assets amount to 512 million RMB. It operates three juice production lines with the capacity to process 160,000 tons of apples per year, producing 25,000 tons of concentrated juice. Additionally, there are two fruit residue drying lines that yield over 5,000 tons of pectin raw material from fruit residue annually.

Previously, the company utilized one 20t/h coal-fired boiler and two 15t/h biomass boilers to supply steam for production. Aligned with the local environmental protection policy, Andre Juice decided to replace the existing 20t/h coal-fired boiler with a new 18t/h gas boiler.

In this upgrade, Andre Juice selected ZOZEN Boiler's SZS series 18t/h gas steam boiler, which features a low-NOx burner and a flue gas recirculation system to minimize NOx emissions. With the completion of this project, the plant's emissions have significantly decreased, with reductions in particulate matter emissions by 1.18t/a, sulfur dioxide by 1.49t/a, and nitrogen oxides by 6.03t/a, contributing to the company's commitment to environmental sustainability.
