The company invested approximately 800 million RMB to construct a project for pesticide intermediates, raw drug production, and the centralized resource utilization of coking desulfurization waste liquid. As a key local project aimed at extending and strengthening the industrial chain, this engineering effort addresses the treatment challenges of coking desulfurization waste liquid.

To meet the specific demands of the chemical process, ZOZEN Boiler provided the SZS series gas steam boiler. This is a double-drum longitudinal D-type layout boiler, widely used in the chemical industry due to its specific technical advantages:

High Thermal Efficiency: ZOZEN has equipped the tail of the SZS series gas steam boiler with an economizer and a condenser to effectively absorb the sensible and latent heat in the flue gas. By reducing the exhaust gas temperature, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is increased to over 98%, significantly reducing fuel costs for the enterprise.
Safe and Intelligent Control: Addressing the high safety standards of chemical enterprises, this gas steam boiler is equipped with advanced burners and a PLC intelligent control system. The system features multiple protection functions such as automatic ignition, combustion proportion adjustment, water level alarm interlock, and overpressure alarm interlock, ensuring safe operation even under unattended or minimally attended conditions.
