ZOZEN 30 Tons Gas Steam Boiler for Dyeing Industry

Since its establishment on December 7, 2018, CITIC Envirotech (Anyang) Integrated Dyestuff Environmental Development Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to driving the green transformation of the local textile printing and dyeing industry. In support of this mission, the company partnered with ZOZEN Boiler to procure an SZS Series 30-ton Gas-Fired Superheated Steam Boiler at its production facility, aiming to achieve environmentally friendly and efficient production.

The SZS Series 30-ton Gas-Fired Superheated Steam Boiler supplied by ZOZEN was custom-designed to meet the unique demands of the printing and dyeing industry. Featuring a full membrane water-cooled wall structure, the boiler achieves superior airtightness, effectively reduces heat loss, and significantly enhances steam heat transfer efficiency. Equipped with low-NOx burner technology, it limits NOx emissions to below 30mg/Nm³, drastically reducing its environmental footprint and contributing to sustainable economic development in the region.

Additionally, the boiler incorporates advanced auxiliary equipment with explosion-proof design, effectively preventing potential explosion hazards, ensuring personnel safety, and minimizing operational risks—all while fully complying with national industrial safety standards. The system is further enhanced by a centralized control screen, which integrates comprehensive monitoring, control, and management functions, providing robust technical support for the boiler's safe and efficient operation.
