What is the classification standard of industrial boiler temperature?

Boiler is a kind of common heating equipment, and its temperature is an important performance parameter.

There is no relevant standard for boiler temperature classification.

As a matter of fact, domestic power boilers are generally classified according to pressure, but not according to boiler temperature grade, but the temperatures corresponding to different pressures are different. The specific correspondence is as follows:

Low pressure boiler P≤2.45MPa, the saturation temperature is not higher than 400℃;

Medium pressure boiler 3.8mpa ≤ p < 5.3mpa, common temperature parameter 450℃;

5.3 MPa ≤ P < 9.8 MPa for secondary boiler, and the common temperature parameter is 540℃;

9.8 MPa ≤ P < 13.7 MPa for high-pressure boiler, and the common temperature parameters are 510℃ and 540℃;

13.7mpa ≤ p < 16.7mpa, the common temperature parameter is 538℃;

Sub-critical boiler 16.7 MPa ≤ P < 22.1 MPa, the common temperature parameter is 538℃;
