Recently, ZOZEN successfully entered the Jordan market again. Established in 2003, Classic Fashion Apparel Industry is a Jordanian company that mainly produces high-quality garments with fine craftsmanship. The company decided to import multiple sets of hot water boilers from China under the "Belt and Road" policy. Relying on excellent product quality and good market reputation, ZOZEN successfully seized this opportunity and reached a cooperation agreement with the company, city gas steam hot water boiler.

ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface.

Rashid Paper Mills Ltd., established in September of 2016, is a paper manufacturer of the well-known Rashid Group in Bangladesh. It mainly produces various types of paper used for writing, printing and offset printing. It currently has two independent production lines with a daily production capacity of 200 tons of paper. It also exports high-quality paper to overseas market. In order to ensure the heat source supply of paper production lines, Rashid Paper Mills Ltd. chose to introduce the advanced ZZ series medium-temperature and medium-pressure boiler from China with a rated pressure as high as 3.82 Mpa and sufficient high-temperature steam supply, city gas steam hot water boiler.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion, city gas steam hot water boiler.

ZOZEN has set up a total of seven process stopping points throughout the production process, which are strictly controlled by different engineers, independent of each other and supervised each other, so that problems can be found and solved in time. If any workpiece is unqualified, it cannot enter the next process, which is the quality control of the entire production process of ZOZEN, city gas steam hot water boiler.
