Finding the "Precise Temperature" on the Production Line: Three Industrial Practices of ZOZEN Biomass Boilers

Behind industrial manufacturing often lies an invisible thermal energy lifeline.

Whether boiling syrup, synthesizing chemical materials, or pressing new energy security materials, every physical and chemical change on the production line has strict requirements for the temperature, pressure, and continuity of thermal energy. When green biomass energy enters these vastly different manufacturing workshops, how can various forms of pellets, wood blocks, or straw be converted into the "precise temperature" required by the process?

Recently, three biomass boiler projects implemented by ZOZEN Boiler in Shanxi, Heilongjiang, and Hubei provided concrete industrial answers to this question.

The "Boiling Rhythm" of Malt Syrup
In Jinzhong, Shanxi, the production line of Hongshengxin Special Sugar Industry with an annual output of 3,000 tons of malt syrup is running. The heating and concentration of syrup is a process requiring patience and constancy; any fluctuation in steam pressure may affect the color and taste of the product.

To stabilize this "boiling rhythm", the enterprise introduced a ZOZEN DZL series single-drum biomass steam boiler. This 4 t/h equipment has taken on the steam supply for the entire production line.

Facing the food processing industry's reliance on continuous heating, the DZL series adopts a single-drum structure and chain grate design, with a capacity covering 2-10 t/h and a working pressure of 1-2.5 MPa. At the project site, the boiler body and supporting pipelines are arranged neatly, which not only ensures the stable output of steam but also leaves a clear moving line for daily inspection and maintenance. ZOZEN Boiler's after-sales team stationed at the site to assist in equipment debugging, ensuring that this thermal energy equipment smoothly meshes with the syrup production process.

Chemical Heat Source Spanning a Long Winter
Turning our attention to Heilongjiang Kailunda in the north. As a manufacturer of chemical products and pesticide technicals, its production process is accompanied by complex requirements for process heating, equipment insulation, and drying. A more severe test is that the long winter heating cycle in the local area puts high demands on the operational resilience of the boiler.

Between rough biomass fuel and precise chemical production, a reliable "converter" is needed. The project selected the ZOZEN DZW series non-slagging reciprocating grate biomass steam boiler.

Unlike conventional grates, the reciprocating grate structure of the DZW series gives the equipment stronger "inclusiveness". It can flexibly adjust feeding, grate operation, and air supply parameters according to the characteristics of the on-site biomass fuel. Combined with an automatic control system integrating feeding, induced draft, and safety interlocks, the boiler can maintain standard operation even in severe cold environments. Currently, this thermal energy hub, including supporting systems such as water supply, dust removal, and slag discharge, is under intense installation, ready to meet the upcoming chemical production tasks.

An "Old Friend" in the New Material Workshop
In the factory area of Hubei Ping'an Electrician, ZOZEN Boiler is a familiar face. Previously, an SZL series 15 t/h biomass steam boiler had settled here, delivering steam for some processes.

However, when the enterprise expanded the production of mica boards and new energy security materials, the process raised new requirements for thermal energy: higher temperatures and continuous indirect heating were needed. Based on the trust from previous cooperation, this "old friend" took on the task again, but this time providing a 9 million kcal YLW series biomass thermal oil boiler.

Steam boilers use water as the medium, while thermal oil boilers use thermal oil as the heat carrier, capable of outputting the high-temperature thermal energy required for pressing new materials at a relatively low operating pressure. This cooperation is not just the delivery of a single piece of equipment, but also a systematic service extension by ZOZEN Boiler from "steam supply" to "thermal oil circulation heating" according to the customer's process upgrade.

Three different industrial cross-sections confirm the "customization logic" of industrial thermal energy.
