With stable and reliable product quality, comprehensive technical services, and sound brand reputation, its products have been widely applied in various industries, including food, chemical, textile, paper, pharmaceutical, and new energy industries, and have been exported to multiple countries and regions worldwide.

As the brand influence of ZOZEN Boiler continues to increase, the Company has recently discovered a number of infringements in the market, including unauthorized use of the brand names “中正锅炉” and "ZOZEN BOILER”， registered trademarks, corporate information, and product materials. Certain entities or individuals have misled customers by forging product nameplates, unlawfully using the Company’s logo, impersonating sales personnel, imitating official websites, and misappropriating promotional materials. Such acts have seriously infringed upon the lawful rights and interests of the Company and have also exposed customers to potential transaction risks and safety hazards.

To safeguard the lawful rights and interests of customers, partners, and ZOZEN Boiler, the Company hereby solemnly declares as follows:

I. Infringing Acts

The infringing acts identified by the Company currently include, but are not limited to, the following:

Forging Product Nameplates
Without authorization from the Company, making, reproducing, modifying, or replacing product nameplates bearing the marks “中正锅炉” or "ZOZEN BOILER" without authorization, and selling or using equipment not manufactured by ZOZEN Boiler as products of the Company.

Unauthorized Use of ZOZEN Boiler Trademarks and Logo
Without authorization, using ZOZEN Boiler’s trademarks, corporate name, and the “ZOZEN” brand logo on boiler equipment, product images, promotional materials, websites, videos, and other media, and promoting or selling products of other manufacturers as ZOZEN Boiler products.

Impersonating ZOZEN Boiler Personnel
The Company has discovered that certain entities or individuals have impersonated ZOZEN Boiler sales personnel, agents, technicians, or other personnel to contact customers, provide quotations, or offer technical consultation, thereby misleading customers into conducting transactions.

Imitating Official Websites and Online Platforms
Without authorization, copying content from ZOZEN Boiler’s official website, product materials, project case images, corporate profiles, qualification certificates, and other information, establishing imitation websites, or using similar domain names or social media accounts to conduct commercial activities, thereby misleading customers into believing that such platforms are official platforms of ZOZEN Boiler.

Misappropriating Corporate Materials and Project Cases
Without authorization, using the Company’s product images, project cases, promotional videos, technical materials, qualification certificates, honor information, and other content for the promotion or commercial use of other enterprises.

The aforesaid acts are suspected of infringing upon ZOZEN Boiler’s trademark rights, copyrights, corporate name rights, and other lawful rights and interests. They may also mislead customers into purchasing products of unknown origin and uncertain quality, creating significant safety and operational risks.

II. Solemn Declaration of ZOZEN Boiler

ZOZEN Boiler has never authorized any entity or individual to make, modify, reproduce, or replace the Company’s product nameplates without authorization.

ZOZEN Boiler has never authorized any entity or individual to use the Company’s registered trademarks, corporate name, logo, or related brand identifiers without authorization to carry out business activities.

All products of ZOZEN Boiler are supported by complete production records and a quality traceability system, and may be officially verified based on product information.

The Company carries out brand publicity and business promotion through its official website, industry platforms, self-media channels, search engines, exhibitions, and other lawful channels. For any website, social media account, business personnel, or related materials that conduct publicity, promotion, or commercial activities in the name of “中正锅炉” or "ZOZEN BOILER"， if you are unable to confirm their authenticity, please be sure to verify them through official channels.

Any business activities conducted without authorization by using the ZOZEN Boiler brand, trademarks, logo, corporate information, or related materials have no connection with ZOZEN Boiler. The Company assumes no liability arising therefrom and will pursue the legal liabilities of the relevant entities and individuals in accordance with law.

The aforementioned acts of infringement, including forging product nameplates, misappropriating trademarks and logos, impersonating employees, creating counterfeit platforms, and misappropriating project case materials, violate applicable laws and regulations, including the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China.

ZOZEN Boiler reserves the right to require the infringing parties to immediately cease the infringement, destroy all infringing materials, compensate for the economic losses incurred, and bear the reasonable costs incurred by ZOZEN Boiler in stopping and addressing the infringement. Where any counterfeiting or infringement may constitute a serious criminal offense, ZOZEN Boiler will preserve and submit the complete relevant evidence to the public security authorities and pursue the criminal liability of the persons concerned in accordance with the law.

At the same time, the Company welcomes active reports from all sectors of society regarding suspected counterfeit ZOZEN Boiler products and infringing acts, so as to jointly maintain a fair, orderly, and trustworthy market environment.
