A 15 t/h Gas-Fired Boiler for a Venezuelan Paper Mill

At a well-known paper mill in Venezuela, steam is used in several stages of production, including papermaking and drying. A stable steam supply is important for maintaining production efficiency and paper quality.

Based on the customer’s steam demand, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a WNS series three-pass 15 t/h gas-fired steam boiler. The boiler adopts a three-pass structure, allowing flue gas to exchange heat through multiple passes. Its corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes increase the heat-transfer area and support efficient fuel utilization.

The system is equipped with a low-NOx burner, with NOx emissions below 30 mg/Nm³, as well as a fully automatic intelligent control system. The control system supports operating-parameter monitoring, combustion adjustment and safety interlocks.

For the paper mill, the boiler is not simply an isolated piece of equipment. It is connected to the stability of the production line and the plant’s overall energy management.

From Sugarcane Bagasse to Biomass Energy in Brazil

In São Paulo State, Brazil, a sugar company planned to carbonize sugarcane bagasse and produce biochar for soil improvement. At the same time, the company intended to recover heat from the carbonization process for auxiliary heating in the sugar mill.

The project placed specific requirements on equipment standards, technical documentation, quality control and export coordination. ZOZEN Boiler participated in the supporting work for an SZS series biomass-gas-fired boiler project and provided technical coordination according to the customer’s process flow and energy-utilization plan.

With ASME certification, ZOZEN Boiler supplied the relevant technical documents and manufacturing support required for the project. This helped the customer advance equipment procurement and system implementation.

The Brazilian project demonstrates how biomass resources can be integrated into industrial production, from bagasse processing to waste-heat utilization. It also shows that a boiler solution must be coordinated with raw-material handling, energy recovery and the production schedule.

A 10 t/h Heavy-Oil-Fired Steam Boiler Shipped to Ecuador

At the ZOZEN Boiler manufacturing base, a WNS series 10 t/h heavy-oil-fired steam boiler completed factory inspection before being loaded and shipped to a corrugated board packaging plant in Ecuador.

The production of corrugated board includes fluting, bonding and drying. Steam temperature and pressure can affect the forming quality of the board. Considering the customer’s production requirements and the local availability of heavy oil, ZOZEN Boiler designed a WNS series heavy-oil-fired condensing steam boiler system.

The boiler adopts a large-volume corrugated furnace, providing suitable conditions for heavy-oil combustion. Together with the heating-surface design, this structure supports heat transfer and fuel utilization.

After completing factory inspection and shipment, the boiler entered the overseas delivery stage and will provide thermal support for the Ecuadorian packaging plant.
