Steam is used in many stages of beverage production, including filling equipment, bottle washing, filtration, sterilization and hot-water circulation. An unstable steam supply can affect production continuity and process quality. For this reason, a boiler must meet the required steam capacity while also adapting to the equipment integration, transportation and installation conditions of an overseas project.

For Newstart’s project in the United States, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a 1.5-ton-per-hour WNS series skid-mounted gas-fired steam boiler. The boiler has a rated evaporation capacity of 1.5 t/h, while the working pressure falls within the 1-1.6 MPa range of WNS skid-mounted steam boilers. The final operating parameters are subject to the project’s technical agreement.

Compared with a conventional split boiler system, the ZOZEN Boiler skid-mounted system integrates the boiler body, burner, control cabinet and related auxiliary equipment on a common skid. This makes the installation work more concentrated at the project site. After delivery, the user can complete the necessary connections for water, electricity, gas and flue-gas systems in accordance with the technical requirements, helping streamline commissioning preparations.

The boiler supplied for this project was configured in line with relevant ASME requirements, providing a technical basis for its application in the U.S. market and for subsequent project acceptance.
