Special Equipment Inspection Team Visits ZOZEN Boiler for Inspection and Guidance

Recently, a special equipment inspection team visited Wuxi ZOZEN Boilers Co., Ltd. for an inspection and guidance session. Mr. Zhang Guoping, General Manager of ZOZEN Boiler, together with representatives from relevant departments, participated in the inspection and discussions. The meeting focused on special equipment production quality management, the implementation of safety responsibilities, manufacturing process control, and documentation management.

Special Equipment Inspection Team Conducts Inspection and Guidance at ZOZEN Boiler

The inspection team first listened to a report from ZOZEN Boiler on its production management, the operation of its quality assurance system, and the implementation of its safety management procedures. Mr. Zhang Guoping stated that the manufacturing of boilers and pressure vessels involves multiple stages, including material procurement, process execution, welding, nondestructive testing, inspection and testing, and product delivery. ZOZEN Boiler will continue to incorporate quality and safety requirements into production organization and process management, while strengthening the division of responsibilities, record retention, and internal supervision.

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Measures for the Supervision and Inspection of Special Equipment Safety, the inspection team reviewed the company’s management documents. Particular attention was paid to quality assurance system documents, personnel management, equipment management, process records, and product quality files. During the inspection, the inspectors communicated with company personnel regarding the requirements for special equipment production units to provide relevant materials truthfully, cooperate with supervisory inspections, and maintain complete process records.

The inspection team then visited the production site to learn about raw material management, cutting and processing, welding operations, component assembly, inspection and testing, and on-site safety management during boiler manufacturing. Focusing on key control points in the manufacturing process, the team provided guidance based on special equipment safety laws, regulations, and technical specifications. The inspectors emphasized that the company should continue to fulfill its primary safety responsibilities and ensure that management requirements are properly integrated with actual production activities.

During the discussions, the inspection team noted that special equipment production units should organize production in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, continuously maintain the conditions required for their licenses, strengthen quality and safety management, and carry out self-inspection, corrective action, and closed-loop issue management.

Regarding matters related to documentation standards and process management, representatives from ZOZEN Boiler carefully recorded the inspection comments and stated that the company would further review its management procedures and implement follow-up improvements based on the guidance provided.

ZOZEN Boiler has long been engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of industrial boilers and related pressure vessel products. The company holds an A-Class Boiler Manufacturing License and a D1/D2 Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License, and has established a corresponding quality management system. The inspection and guidance provided by the special equipment inspection team offered practical reference for ZOZEN Boiler to further implement special equipment safety management requirements and improve manufacturing process management.
