ZOZEN Boiler Supplies Gas-Fired Steam Boilers to Venezuelan Industrial Plants

Over the past two years, ZOZEN Boiler has supplied gas-fired steam boilers and related services to industrial customers in Venezuela. The applications include beverage production and papermaking.

This article presents two projects: a 3 t/h WNS gas-fired steam boiler supplied to a Venezuelan beverage manufacturer and a 15 t/h WNS gas-fired steam boiler supplied to a local paper mill.

Steam Supply for Beverage Production
Steam is used in beverage production for blending, sterilization, equipment cleaning and process heating. To meet the requirements of a beverage manufacturer in Venezuela, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a 3 t/h WNS gas-fired steam boiler.

The project solution took into account the site’s gas conditions, available installation space, operating load and technical documentation requirements. ZOZEN Boiler provided the boiler body and auxiliary equipment and assisted with the coordination of the relevant technical documents.

The WNS boiler features a horizontal fire-tube design and a compact layout. It is suitable for small- and medium-scale steam applications in the food and beverage, chemical, textile and packaging industries.

A 15 t/h Boiler for a Paper Mill
Compared with beverage production, papermaking generally requires a larger and more continuous steam supply. Paper mills also have specific requirements for boiler operating continuity, fuel utilization and automatic control.

For a paper mill in Venezuela, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a three-pass WNS gas-fired steam boiler with a capacity of 15 t/h.

The WNS boiler adopts a three-pass flue-gas design, combined with a corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes. This configuration extends the heat-transfer process and supports the utilization of heat from the fuel. A low-NOx burner can be configured according to project requirements. According to the project documentation, nitrogen oxide emissions can be below 30 mg/Nm³.

The automatic control system manages combustion, feedwater, pressure and safety interlocks. This helps reduce manual operating procedures and supports centralized control in the paper mill.

Although the two projects differ in boiler capacity and industrial application, they reflect a common requirement in overseas boiler projects: equipment selection should be based not only on steam capacity, but also on fuel conditions, process load, plant layout, local standards and service requirements.
