Stepping into the Year of the Dragon, ZOZEN Boiler Co., Ltd., based in Wuxi, recently held its 2024 Sales Conference and the 2023 Annual Sales Excellence Awards Ceremony. The event was attended by General Manager Zhang Guoping, heads of various departments, and the entire sales team. The conference reviewed the past year's sales efforts and laid out a detailed plan for 2024, setting a clear direction for growth.

 

The year 2023 was a pivotal period for economic recovery, presenting both challenges and opportunities for the industry. In a theme video titled "Leading Innovation, Embracing the Future — Together, Let's Break New Ground in 2024," ZOZEN Boiler showcased its ability to innovate and overcome difficulties, earning widespread acclaim from both domestic and international customers.

 

Following the video, seven sales representatives took the stage to report on their accomplishments and experiences over the past year. Each representative passionately demonstrated their professional skills and sales talent, discussing challenges faced at work and providing constructive feedback to foster collective progress.

Over the past 30 years, ZOZEN Boiler has adhered to its principle of "Superior Quality, Excellent Performance, Fine Workmanship, and Outstanding Service," maintaining its standards and commitment to innovation. The company has gradually upgraded from manufacturing Grade-E to Grade-A boilers, independently developed products, and introduced advanced production equipment from home and abroad, securing its place among the industry leaders. Nowadays, ZOZEN pays even more attention to details, striving for perfection, and has upgraded the packaging of various boilers, employing high-quality paints and automotive spray painting techniques to enhance the appearance and durability of its boilers. In his speech, General Manager Zhang also outlined a standardized sales approach based on understanding customer needs, formulating plans, cautious quoting, and welcoming visits. To quickly respond to customer inquiries, ZOZEN has standardized 255 basic boiler models, providing reference solutions that can be adjusted according to market trends and actual purchase behavior. Additionally, Zhang introduced a "3 drawings and 1 form" standard to ensure the procedural integrity and efficiency of projects.

 

Looking ahead, ZOZEN Boiler will rely on its information management system to ensure efficient collaboration across departments, driving the smooth progress of boiler projects and enhancing the customer experience. Safety remains a top priority in both production and sales, with ZOZEN committing to uphold its safety standards to protect customer interests.

 

Furthermore, the "Full Service System" will continue to be a significant advantage for ZOZEN. The company plans to improve user manuals and commissioning reports to offer practical assistance to customers. By clearly defining after-sales service categories, ZOZEN aims to raise service standards and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence.
