Overseas Project Lands Again: ZOZEN 25 t/h Coal Steam Boiler at Afghan Paper Mill

In industrial manufacturing, the stability and efficiency of steam heating systems directly determine production continuity and economics. Recently, an Afghan paper mill successfully commissioned a ZOZEN Boiler SZL series coal-fired steam boiler with a capacity of 25 tons per hour, providing a reliable heat source for the dryer cylinders on the paper machine and for pulping. After installation and commissioning, the unit was put into operation, supplying stable steam for drying and process heating in the printing and packaging workshops. The paper industry has stringent requirements for steam supply, particularly in cylinder drying and pulping processes, where steam pressure stability directly affects basis weight, smoothness, and the final moisture content of the paper. Moreover, in many regions, fuel supply can be uneven. Equipment therefore needs strong fuel compatibility to help customers control costs and ensure continuous production. In this project, ZOZEN achieved flexible switching among different coal grades through rational system configuration, effectively addressing fluctuations in local coal quality.
