ZOZEN Cooperates with the Italian Brand Planea Textile Plant

Recently, another set of ZOZEN biomass boiler was successfully put into operation in the Planea Industrial Park – Planea is an Italian garment brand.

Planea Industrial Park is located in Zhucheng, Weifang, covering a total area of 535,000 square meters. It is a large-scale clothing customization industrial cluster integrating production, living, shopping and education. The company has 38 production lines for suits and tops, 28 production lines for trousers and 22 production lines for shirts, and its production capacity ranks among the top three in the same industry in China.

Planea’s complete production process consists of more than 400 processes. Printing, dyeing, setting, ironing and other processes are inseparable from the support of steam, the daily steam consumption is high. Therefore, Planea decides to build a new boiler room and equipment.

ZOZEN Boiler provides a set of heating system with double biomass boilers based on the actual needs of Planea. The user only needs to turn on one boiler during the low heat consumption period.

ZOZEN Boiler also analyzes the composition of the flue gas from biomass combustion, and recommends an efficient desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal device, which can ensure that the pollutant discharge can meet the local environmental protection requirements.

At the beginning of December 2022, after a week of accompanying debugging, ZOZEN biomass boiler was successfully put into operation. The successful completion of the project fully demonstrated the strength of ZOZEN Boiler.
