As Mongolia’s consumer market upgrades, MCS Coca-Cola has extended its production lines from classic cola to iced tea and juices, which demand tighter temperature control. In beverage production, steam boilers handle core processes such as sterilization, drying, and concentration, and their stability directly affects product quality—for example, juice sterilization requires a sustained 121°C; temperature fluctuations in traditional equipment can lead to microbial residues or nutrient loss. MCS Coca-Cola therefore needed high-efficiency, stable, and intelligent steam boilers to safeguard production.

From raw material intake to finished product shipment, a rigorous quality control system ran throughout, while a professional R&D team was on hand to address technical questions. After production, the company returned to ZOZEN’s base for pre-shipment inspection. Following delivery, ZOZEN engineers traveled to the project site in Mongolia to carry out comprehensive commissioning and ensure the equipment entered production in optimal condition. They also provided systematic training for MCS Coca-Cola’s technical staff, covering operating procedures, routine maintenance, and common troubleshooting.
