Potatoes rank as the fourth most significant staple crop globally, grown in 79% of the world's countries. Global Expansion with Xuechuan Liupanshan

Recognizing the potential in over 300 years of potato farming and an extensive cultivation area of more than 200,000 acres, Xuechuan Agriculture Group has established Xuechuan Liupanshan Food (Ningxia) Co., Ltd., in Guyuan City, Ningxia. By harnessing advanced processing technologies on modern production lines, they have successfully transformed potatoes into French fries for the international market. Since beginning exports of frozen fries in October 2022, the company has exported close to 20,000 tons within a year, achieving a trade value of 150 million RMB and reaching 14 countries. This venture has more than doubled Guyuan’s foreign trade growth, with exports increasing threefold, making Xuechuan Liupanshan a vital force in the local economy.

ZOZEN Boilers on the Potato Production Line

Boilers are crucial for meeting the high and efficient thermal energy demands of the potato processing line. Xuechuan Agriculture Group invested significantly in this infrastructure, purchasing 20 ZOZEN boilers. Initially, two 15-ton SZS series gas boilers were installed at Xuechuan Liupanshan to supply steam for processing potatoes and to utilize residual steam for heating during winter. In their phase two expansion, Xuechuan Liupanshan continued to rely on ZOZEN by acquiring three additional 18-ton SZS series gas steam boilers to meet the increasing demands of their growing international operations.
