ZOZEN Skid-Mounted Boiler Exported to Thailand Supporting a Stationery Manufacturer

Recently, ZOZEN Boiler delivered a 3-ton WNS series skid-mounted steam boiler to a stationery products manufacturer in Thailand. The customer mainly produces solid glue, crayons, oil pastels and other stationery products. During production, the customer has clear requirements for continuous and stable steam supply. Based on the customer’s process features and site conditions, ZOZEN Boiler adopted a skid-mounted delivery solution, integrating the boiler body and auxiliary equipment to support faster equipment installation and subsequent operation.

Stationery manufacturing involves raw material processing, product forming and other production links, where the steam system needs to provide stable output. From Steam to Hot Water, Covering More Application Scenarios
In addition to the Thailand project, ZOZEN Boiler also supplied two WNS series skid-mounted boilers to a pet products manufacturer headquartered in Saudi Arabia, including a 4-ton steam boiler and a 2.1MW hot water boiler. Using diesel as fuel, the boilers are mainly used for raw material sterilization, equipment cleaning, process hot water supply and environmental temperature control.

As the customer expanded its production scale, the demand for both steam and hot water supply became more prominent. ZOZEN Boiler provided a tailored configuration based on different process requirements, meeting the customer’s diversified thermal energy needs.

During the Saudi Arabia project, ZOZEN Boiler arranged engineers to provide on-site installation and commissioning services.
