35MW Gas Hot Water Boiler for Chemical Industry

Shandong Huarui Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., an influential enterprise in the energy and investment sectors, recently purchased two 35 MW SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers to improve energy efficiency and environmental protection levels. ZOZEN Boiler, with its professional experience and technical strength in the field of energy equipment manufacturing, became the ideal partner for this project.

Boiler Features:

The SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler is notable for its unique design and efficient energy utilization. This series adopts a double-drum, vertical, D-type arrangement structure, featuring the following:

1.Optimized Structure: Features membrane water cooling walls around the furnace to ensure effective isolation between the furnace and convection tube bundles, enhancing heat transfer efficiency.

2.High-Efficiency Operation: The system thermal efficiency exceeds 96%, combined with a large furnace design and economizer, effectively reducing the exhaust gas temperature and improving overall energy efficiency.

3.Intelligent Control: Utilizes IoT + remote control + expert management system for fully automatic safe operation and unattended control.

4.Environmental Conservation and Energy Saving: The low-NOx burner and advanced low-NOx combustion technology limit NOx emissions to ≤30mg/Nm³, meeting modern environmental protection standards.
