8 Million Kcal Gas-Fired Thermal Oil Heater for Chemical Industry

Zhejiang Realsun Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Realsun Chemical), established in October 2007, is located in Linhai Park, a national chemical raw material medicine base in Zhejiang Province. It is a high-tech enterprise in the field of special fine chemicals and successfully went public on the ChiNext board in April 2022 (stock code 301212).

As a special fine chemical enterprise, Realsun Chemical has stable and high-efficiency, low-emission demands for thermal energy. The production process of special fine chemicals requires a large amount of thermal energy, thus placing high demands on the stability, safety, and environmental performance of the boiler.

The YQL series gas-fired thermal oil boilers provided by ZOZEN Boiler, with their high efficiency, environmental protection, and energy-saving characteristics, meet Realsun Chemical's high standards for thermal energy in the production process. This series of boilers adopts a three-pass round disk tube structure, combined with advanced combustion devices, achieving an environmental effect of NOx emissions below 30mg/Nm³.

Currently, the 8 million calorie YQL series gas-fired thermal oil boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler for Realsun Chemical has been basically installed and not yet commissioned, with natural gas not yet connected. After commissioning, the boiler will be fully put into use, providing stable thermal energy for Realsun Chemical's production and helping it achieve green, low-carbon, and digital transformation goals.
