Background:
In animal feed production, the steam boiler is a critical piece of equipment. Its primary role is to deliver the necessary thermal energy to heat the moisture in the feed to a certain temperature, allowing the feed mixture to cohesively bind and mature. This process aids in enhancing the quality and efficiency of feed production.

The feed factory needed a reliable and manageable steam boiler system, and they were also looking to reduce energy consumption and production costs.

With the incorporation of a corrugated furnace and threaded flue, ZOZEN Boiler effectively improved the heat transfer efficiency. The addition of energy savers and condensers further reduced the flue gas temperature, enabling the system to achieve a thermal efficiency of over 98%, thus saving the client significant energy and costs.

Huizhou Jiuding Feed Technology Co., Ltd. is a large-scale agri-livestock enterprise invested by Hunan Jiuding Group in Guangdong, located in the Banqiao Industrial Park in Boluo County, Huizhou. With a registered capital of 100 million yuan, the company began its operations at the end of 2011. Spanning an area of 54,000 square meters, the company produces 100,000 tons of compound premixed feed annually, along with 120,000 tons of concentrate and 300,000 tons of mixed feed.
