I. Project Background:

Established in 1992, Liyang Tofasco Universal Textile Co., Ltd. is specialized in producing various specifications of fabrics for bags and suitcases such as Oxford leather.

In order to further improve the heat utilization efficiency and reduce the energy consumption, Liyang Tofasco Universal Textile purchased a set of YLW series horizontal thermal oil heater from ZOZEN Boiler, which could realize high temperature and low-pressure heating to provide sufficient and stable heat source.

II. Solutions:

This set of ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater burns the biomass fuel. In this response, ZOZEN technicians reasonably design the length and width of the grate and air distribution system. The boiler also adopts different front and rear arches to ensure the stable ignition and sufficient combustion of the biomass fuel, to make the boiler thermal efficiency reach 85% and above.

In addition, the boiler is designed with the multi-loop square coil, it has sufficient heating surface, which can provide a reliable guarantee for the boiler’s safe operation.
