ZOZEN 9 Million Kcal Gas-Fired Thermal Oil Heaters in Ferrous Lithium Phosphate Project

Sichuan Fulin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Shenghua New Materials Co., Ltd. in Shehong, Sichuan, the first phase of Ferrous lithium phosphate project with an annual output of 60,000 tons and the second phase of Ferrous lithium phosphate project with an annual output of 80,000 tons will be built. After the project is completed, the production capacity of Ferrous lithium phosphate will be 140,000 tons.

Fulin New Energy purchased several sets of ZOZEN 9 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heaters, aiming at providing an important heat source for the production in Ferrous lithium phosphate.

The advantages of the temperature control system of ZOZEN 9 million kcal gas thermal oil heaters are mainly as follows:

(1) High thermal efficiency. The thermal efficiency is over 95% by using thermal oil as the carrier to continuously supply heat.

(2) High operation safety factor. The production process in Ferrous lithium phosphate requires high temperature, and the thermal oil heater reduces the pressure level of the heating equipment, so that the system runs more safely and reliably.
