ZOZEN Boiler 8 t/h Biomass-Fired Chain Grate Steam Boiler Project for the Building Materials Industry

Hubei Hanjia New Material invested RMB 60 million to develop an autoclaved aerated concrete panel production line with an annual capacity of 300,000 cubic meters. The project is also equipped with automated production equipment to manufacture autoclaved aerated concrete panels and blocks according to project requirements.

In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete panels, blocks, bricks, tiles, and other building materials, steam boilers are commonly used for autoclave curing, drying, heating, and process steam supply.

Based on the production process and autoclave curing requirements of Hubei Hanjia New Material, ZOZEN Boiler provided a DZL Series biomass-fired steam boiler solution for the project. The DZL Series biomass-fired steam boiler adopts a three-drum water-tube structure. Its furnace space is designed according to the fuel characteristics and boiler capacity, with the furnace height increased by 1-3 meters where required. This design provides more space for biomass fuel combustion.
