ZOZEN Boiler’s 2 Million Kcal Gas-Fired Thermal Oil Boiler Applied in an Inner Mongolia Fine Chemical Company

Inner Mongolia Jiaruimi Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Jiaruimi”) is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the production, R&D, and trade of pesticides, pesticide intermediates, and fine chemical products. Established on July 8, 2013, it is located in the Wuda Industrial Park of Wuhai City, with a registered capital of RMB 132 million and a total area of approximately 510 mu.

As a fine chemical enterprise, Jiaruimi has high process heat requirements for synthesis, distillation, concentration, and drying. Based on Jiaruimi’s current and planned capacity, required process temperatures, and load fluctuations, ZOZEN Boiler customized a YQW-series 2,000,000 kcal/h gas-fired horizontal thermal oil boiler system.
