How to adjust combustion during the start-up of the boiler?

Attention should be paid to the monitoring of flame during boiler startup, and the following combustion adjustment work should be done well:

(1) Correct ignition. Before ignition, the furnace is fully ventilated. When ignition, put the ignition device (or torch) into operation first, and then turn on the oil gun.

(2) Put the burner diagonally into use, pay attention to switch in time, observe the proper ignition point of the burner, and strive to distribute the flame evenly in the furnace.

(3) Pay attention to adjust the air intake and air delivery, and the negative pressure in the furnace should not be too large.

(4) When the combustion is unstable, it is especially necessary to monitor the exhaust temperature to prevent the secondary combustion of the tail flue.

(5) Try to increase the temperature of primary air and send secondary air reasonably according to different fuels. Adjust the temperature difference of smoke on both sides.

(6) Make the pulverizing system start and stop stably in operation. The coal quantity under the coal feeder is stable, and the speed of the powder feeder is stable. The air-coal mixture is stable and the oxygen content is stable. Steam temperature, steam pressure rise and load rise are stable.
