What are the precautions for the maintenance of special spray gun for pulverized coal boilers?

1) In order to ensure the quality of atomization, the oil and air pressure should be used under the specified working conditions. During operation, the steam must be provided first and then the oil. When stopping the operation, the oil circuit must be cut first, and the steam line must be closed after the purge is completed.

2) The output of the oil gun can be controlled by adjusting the oil supply pressure.

3) In the initial operating stage of the oil gun, check whether the atomization is normal. If any problem is found, it should be solved in time. After the normal operation, it should be checked and cleaned regularly.

4) After the oil gun is put into operation normally, pay attention to the carbon deposition conditions of the gun head, flame stabilizing cover or impeller and deal with it regularly, otherwise it will have an adverse effect on the flame shape and combustion stability.

5) When disassembling and cleaning the oil gun head and diverter plate, do not damage the surface of the oil gun head and diverter plate, so as not to affect the sealing effect. When re-installing, the precision machined surfaces must be cleaned; and the installation sequence and direction of oil gun parts should adhere to the schematic drawing of the oil gun for boiler ignition.
