What factors have influence on the service life of thermal oil heater?

Extending the service life of thermal oil heater is helpful for reducing customer's costs and increasing profits. Different existing thermal oil heaters on the market have different service years.

Why? It is because that different manufacturers choose different materials to produce thermal oil heaters with different product quality. For example, choosing common seamless tube and sheet steel as raw materials can reduce the costs but may shorten boiler's service life at the same time.

In order to extend the service life of thermal oil heater, we should not only ensure the production quality of equipment but also pay attention to daily maintenance. To maintain the thermal oil heater, the first is to repair it. Before entering the boiler for inspection, we should use metal plate to separate the steam, water supply and drainage tubes to ensure the cross-ventilation.

Then, we should clean the filter of conduction oil inlet and the gridding of oil filter, check the sealed package of water pump, internal fouling and all valves' condition: complete and clean. If finding fouling or leaking, we should timely repair the device and replace the lubricating oil in relevant positions to ensure the boiler achieves a good working condition.

This kind of work should be conducted regularly to avoid internal failures of thermal oil heater and reduce the bad effect. Moreover, thermal oil heater maintenance should be carried out according to the requirements, otherwise there may be no expected maintenance effect.
