What is the concentration of nitrogen oxides in biomass boiler?
With the constant adjustment of international energy structure, more and more green biomass boilers are favored by enterprises. However, in many cases, the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the original discharged biomass boiler can not meet the increasingly stringent emission standards. Here, ZOZEN compiles the data on the concentration standard of nitrogen oxides in biomass boilers and how to control it, hoping to help everyone.
How to control the concentration of nitrogen oxides in biomass boiler
How to effectively control the concentration of nitrogen oxides in biomass boilers is a problem that boiler manufacturers must consider and solve. Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler Co., Ltd. is an A-class boiler manufacturer integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and after-sales.
Biomass boiler is one of the main products of the company, covering four series of industrial boilers DZL, SZL, DHL, SHL and ZZ series of power generation boilers, which can be applied to biomass particles, sawdust, palm shells, straws and other fuels. ZOZEN Boiler thoroughly studied the principle of material boiler, optimized the boiler structure, and took the lead in solving the problems of insufficient combustion, ash deposition and coking. ZOZEN Boiler has rich project experience in dealing with the excessive concentration of nitrogen oxides in biomass boilers.
According to the characteristics of different biomass, it can formulate reasonable technical schemes to ensure that the emissions of biomass boilers meet the requirements of national environmental protection policies. The following are common treatment technologies to reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides in biomass boilers:
1. Control combustion technology
By controlling the combustion conditions, the temperature and air intake in the combustion zone are adjusted, and then the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the biomass boiler is reduced. At present, there are five low-nitrogen combustion technologies: fuel reburning technology, low excess air combustion technology, air staged combustion technology and flue gas recirculation technology.
2. Flue gas denitrification technology
According to whether denitration catalyst is used or not, there are two main types of flue gas tail denitration: selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR).
3. Fuel consumption control+flue gas denitrification technology
The organic integration of selective non-catalytic reduction denitration technology and reburning technology can better reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides in biomass boilers. The principle is to use reductant in the burnout zone and reburning zone of biomass boiler to prevent the formation of NO, and the key is to widen the reaction temperature window and reduce the influence of narrow temperature window on the selective non-denitration efficiency through the synergistic effect of the two stages of fuel reburning and selective non-catalytic reduction.
