Single-drum water tube steam boiler structure

The water tube boiler with single longitudinal drum consists of upper longitudinal drum, water wall tube, convection tube bundle and left and right headers. Its structural characteristics: the drum is longitudinally arranged in the center of the upper part of the furnace, and two groups of convection tube bundles and water wall tubes are respectively arranged on both sides of the furnace, which are symmetrical from left to right and similar to A-shape. The combustion equipment is chain grate, the boiler evaporation is less than 20 tons/h, and the working pressure is less than 1.3 MPa.
